In the Bose app you can turn NC off (not just at 0) for the NC700. You can't turn NC off using the physical buttons on those headphones either (only within the app). Hopefully, you'll still have the option to turn NC off (and not just 0/Aware) for the QC45 within the app at least.I got the same, unboxed > no Power > Charged but got blinking Orange and White. When on Bose support page and you explain problem, next page is to order new pair for $0.00 but I got from Amazon so just going to return there as the support page says: Just in some angle, for the people super importance ANC OFF feature, they might will claim and say 'Only fool will buy QC45' such words, and that might be reasonable. In my case it was "Bose NC 700" and "LE-Bose NC 700". Hold the pairing button to reset bluetooth on my headphones (in my case they had to be charging and hold for 30 seconds) Re-pair them to iphone ...
