A full exhaust is a different beast altogether. For power, if you don't plan on tuning then don't waste your time with a downpipe. You don't need a tune for the downpipe and you don't need a downpipe if you're tuned. That being said, without a tune you'll get CEL and not a huge power gain with the dp. And if you get the tune, you'll get more power but be limited with the stock dp. If you have to choose one over the other, get the tune since you can just run stage 1 until ....
